Hi everyone! My name is Isabelle Dehmer or Izzy for short. I am a junior in high school and the oldest of five kids. I love reading, spending time with my family and friends, and thrift store shopping!  I’ve lived in St. Michael my whole life, and love this amazing community! Besides my faith, one of the things I am always eager to learn more about is anything to do with health and nutrition! Over the past couple of years I’ve found myself wanting to know and learn more about how to keep our bodies as healthy as possible! This past year I was introduced to Nutrition Response Testing, which has helped deepen my desire to learn even more about how to stay as healthy as possible. I absolutely love and feel so blessed to be working at Eating, Elevated!!
