My Story
My journey into holistic health began when a friend sat across from me at lunch and described this holistic health protocol she was doing at Eating Elevated for gut issues. She told me she had never felt so good.
I had dealt with IBS and other gut issues since I was little. I called them my “sugar attacks” because I would always get violently ill after eating certain treats. As I got older, I started experiencing other symptoms like persistent acne, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. I had sought help from my doctors, but was prescribed birth control, told to take Metamucil, and referred to a GI specialist who wanted me to do a colonoscopy. I was super frustrated with western medicine’s “solutions” because I knew there were diet and lifestyle changes I make, but my doctors weren’t giving me those recommends and I felt overwhelmed trying to figure it out on my own.
Enter Eating, Elevated. My friend’s story gave me hope that maybe I could find healing too. I started a detox protocol at EE and made significant dietary and lifestyle changes. Within weeks I started to feel better, and after several months, my symptoms were gone. I got answers right away for what was causing my gut issues, was given a protocol to follow, and felt better within weeks. .
Now as a practitioner at EE, my passion is to help all my clients discover the root cause to their symptoms, support them in making lifestyle and diet changes to reduce their toxin exposure, and give their bodies proper nutritional support to heal. I've seen clients heal from issues their doctors told them would never change: chronic diarrhea and constipation, debilitating periods, chronic pain and headaches, anxiety, infertility, hormonal irregularities, eczema, cystic acne, and so much more. Our bodies are resilient and capable of healing if we just give them what they need!
