Reece Ritter

For as long as I can remember, I ate a poor diet consisting of fast food, meat & potatoes. Looking back, it was only a matter of time until my health would start to suffer the consequences. Fast forward to my teens, I had extreme fatigue, anxiety and depression as well as intense gut issues w/ no rhyme or reason for a root cause. This soon led to being diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by a GI Specialist in Conventional Medicine. She gave me one option - to take medication to manage symptoms for the rest of my life. I refused to accept that as my only option. This is when I discovered nutrition response testing at Eating, Elevated - and thank the Lord I did!

Before nutrition response testing, my life consisted of poor nutrition, chronic inflammation, gut issues, brain fog, and anxiety/depression - all things that I THOUGHT were "normal." Turns out, I was far from being right about this.

I first started at Eating, Elevated as a client. I remember coming in for my initial consultation and being amazed at what my NRT practitioner found, but still a little skeptical. I thought to myself, "what do I have to lose?" So, I decided to give the program a try. Let me tell you, it didn't happen overnight. This took time and dedication from me, the client. This was my first experience taking ownership of my health and it wasn't easy. Following my program allowed me to slowly become in-tune with my body. Within days, my bloating was gone. Within weeks, I had energy. - It's only up from here! Visit by visit, my symptoms were fading and I truly felt as if my health was at my fingertips!

It's amazing how God created our bodies with the intention and ability to heal itself. That is so powerful and overlooked by conventional medicine. For once, I was participating in PROACTIVE health care rather than REACTIVE health care.

What a blessing NRT has been in my life. I have become so passionate about the body's ability to heal itself, that I found myself naturally sharing with others! I became a certified Level 1 + 2 Integrative Health Practitioner. I then decided to become a practitioner, and there is no place I'd rather be than at Eating, Elevated, helping clients like YOU!
